PROCEDURE # 2

USING THE BROADCAST CONTROL BUTTON

This is the procedure you should use if you are going to be talking for a LONG time. You must change a setting on the Paltalk screen to start talking. Then, when you are done talking, you must change that setting BACK in order to end the broadcast and release the Mic for the next person.

In this procedure, place your curser over the little ROUND button to the RIGHT of the "Push To Talk" button. It will change colors, from GREY to BLUE.

LEFT CLICK on the button, once it had turned blue.

A grey drop-down menu will appear with two lines.

There  is a check mark beside the "Push To Talk" line. This means the Mic is set up to be activated by the "Push To Talk" button. If you choose the "Lock Mic On" line, then the Mic is activated permanently. You will be broadcasting UNTIL you change the setting BACK to the "Push To Talk" option. So, when you are done talking, you must REPEAT the procedure again!

Left click on the round button.
Choose the "Push To Talk" option.

This will end the broadcast and release the Mic to the next person.

Below are four graphics that show the procedure.
